Paul St. Onge
Paul has over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and consulting. Driven by innovation, he takes pride in providing the best digital fundraising ideas for each nonprofit’s unique needs.
Paul’s background in finance, startups, and technology brings strategic vision to every client project. As a co-founder, Paul is responsible for enterprise customer success, product and service innovation, onboarding new clients and business development.
With a special focus on healthcare and hospital foundations, Paul leads our grateful patient programs. This includes developing a robust digital strategy by converting patients into donors, while continuously engaging the donor file.
Paul is usually chasing a swell on his surfboard or pow on his snowboard. When not outdoors, he’s always with his pup BINGO.
Lisa Ng
Lisa is a digital content and social media strategist who has worked with leading brands in the nonprofit and private sector space. Her marketing expertise has been leveraged by clients like American Express, Toyota, Microsoft, HP, Dove, and more.
Her creativity, love of big ideas, and pulse point on emerging trends can help develop your next successful digital fundraising campaign. Lisa provides high-level strategy, digital content ideas, and social media strategy for our clients. She is detail-oriented and obsessed with continuous improvement, especially ways to optimize for conversions and ROI.
As an extrovert and an enthusiastic Enneagram 7, Lisa is passionate about building a strong remote team culture and supporting team members so they can do their best work. She currently oversees business operations, marketing, HR, and culture at Doing Good Digital.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Lisa moved to Los Angeles 10+ years ago and is currently based in Orange County, California. She enjoys traveling, seeking out new adventures, and discovering great food.
Keisha Hartman, MBA
Before taking on her current role as our VP of Operations, Keisha spent the last seven years as a senior digital fundraising consultant and then as a director - helping nonprofits with website re-designs, Blackbaud Luminate Online® implementations, digital technology audits, campaign strategy development and copywriting. She is our go-to person for planning and coordinating projects with a human-centered approach.
Being a fundraiser first, Keisha worked for the Muscular Dystrophy Association helping raise millions of dollars through peer-to-peer events, galas, and fundraising events, which brings a unique perspective to her clients’ projects and goals. Her breadth of experience includes collaborating with clients in the US and Canada across many industries including healthcare, human resources, and hospital foundations.
A small town Nebraska native, and avid Cornhusker fan, she graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing. She also received her MBA from Chadron State College.
Keisha has always enjoyed traveling and experiencing other cultures. She lived abroad in Shanghai for almost 4 years and had the chance to visit 19 countries. She now calls Salt Lake City, Utah home and on the weekends you will find her hiking or on a roadtripping adventure with her husband and dog Bo.
Katy Spencer, M.A.
Katy brings over a decade of experience in direct fundraising and development operations to Doing Good Digital with a specialty in annual fundraising strategy.
Her zone of genius is guiding organizations toward strategic decisions by leveraging constituents’ unique behavior to achieve their fundraising goals. Katy works alongside your development team to attain top-quality results while brainstorming exciting new ideas. She is a certified professional in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT® and Blackbaud Luminate Online® in addition to her experience with various donor management and email platforms.
Residing in Springfield, Missouri – Katy is a graduate of Drury University with a BS in Human Services and Psychology and a Masters in Nonprofit and Civic Leadership (MNCL).
Outside of work, Katy is usually trying a new hobby, going on an adventure with her son, or crocheting. She is on a mission to find the best homemade bread recipe - if you have a good one, send it her way!
Sarah Lesh
Sarah brings over 10+ years of experience in the digital and nonprofit space. Her expertise lies in WordPress, Shopify & Blackbaud Luminate Online®, where she has built and overseen the strategy, user experience, development, design, and everything in between on web projects that have helped hundreds of organizations grow their reach.
Sarah is passionate about bringing the best of tech to building strong fundraising tools. Sarah has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a web development certification from Juno College, where she continues to teach.
Sarah currently resides in Toronto, Canada. When she is not at her desk, you can find Sarah playing with her puppy, Izzy, doing yoga, doing burpees, baking brownies, or singing at Korean karaoke.
Darcy Hofmann, M.S.
Darcy brings over 10+ years of nonprofit and higher education experience to our clients and has created comprehensive and effective digital campaigns.
With extensive experience in CMS platforms including Blackbaud Luminate Online®, Darcy can implement and optimize your donation forms, peer-to-peer events, and automated email campaigns. Raising over $2 million dollars annually from direct marketing, Darcy can develop and support your fundraising, stewardship, and acquisition campaigns.
Darcy is a graduate of Emerson College with a B.S. in Multimedia Journalism and an M.S. in Leadership and Administration from Boston College, specializing in Corporate Communications and Marketing.
Boston, Massachusetts is Darcy’s home, where she lives with her partner, son, two cats, and a dog. She enjoys crafting, traveling, and soaking up the rare warm days New England offers on the beach. Darcy is always on the lookout for the best croissant she can find!
Hailey Westrick, MLNM
Hailey is a skilled digital strategist with 10+ years of experience leading teams, projects, and programs for the nonprofit sector. With her masters degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management (MNLM); Hailey analyzes your fundraising pipeline holistically and curates enhancements customized to your donor pool and team needs.
As a seasoned fundraiser, Hailey has built development programs that have increased acquisition and retention results by diversifying revenue streams and connecting donors to meaningful opportunities. Innovation and strategic development are Hailey’s passion areas; she can build upon your existing efforts and find gaps in your program for future growth.
During her time at Intermountain Health, Hailey managed the Annual Giving portfolio where she led all direct response, digital solicitation, and mass outreach efforts from inception to execution for this multi-state health system. This highly specialized experience in healthcare philanthropy provides her with complimentary insight into the nuances of healthcare and shines light on the opportunities in the sector.
Hailey currently resides in Guam with her husband, who is actively serving in the U.S. Air Force. When she isn’t snorkeling, learning to surf, or scuba diving, she’s leaving the island to visit colder climates to ski.
Alexa McManus
Alexa is a Certified Professional in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT® and Blackbaud Luminate Online® with 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development and digital fundraising. Her expertise with campaign planning, management, integration and implementation will help you achieve conversions and engagement for your nonprofit digital campaigns.
Alexa can further support your multi-channel efforts by leveraging your donor data within emails, donation forms, and utilizing audience segmentation to drive measurable results. Her digital production experience includes automated donor journeys, A/B testing, HTML coding, source code tracking, and usage of dynamic ask strings.
Alexa holds a Bachelors of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Public Health Education from James Madison University. Born and raised in Virginia, she resides right outside of the Washington, DC area in Arlington, VA.
During her free time she enjoys traveling, listening to live music, and trying out new restaurants or bars. She tries to be outside as much as possible, whether that is kayaking, paddleboarding or hiking with her beagle/chihuahua mutt Pepe.
Jodie Ou, PMP
Jodie is a communications and fundraising professional with 5+ years of experience managing projects and stakeholders in the nonprofit industry. Jodie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP); she can handle all aspects of your campaign while providing unique recommendations, giving you more time to focus on your big-picture goals.
As a communicator first, Jodie understands the value and importance of clear and concise communication for your digital fundraising campaigns. Telling impactful stories is Jodie’s passion; she can leverage your organization’s content to help raise awareness and funds to support your mission.
Previously at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, Jodie managed the entire life cycle of their external communications, brand management, and media relations. She has led and completed numerous special projects including their rebrand project and the launch of their new website. Jodie resides in Vancouver, Canada. In her free time, you can find her exploring the West Coast with her Supermutt dog, Rose.

Outside of work, Joel cherishes time with his family in Walla Walla, WA where they enjoy many adventures together. Joel is also an avid disc golfer and snowboarder, finding joy in being outdoors and the thrill of competition.

Living just outside the Greater Toronto Area, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and their chihuahua, Pippa. As a hockey coach, he finds joy in mentoring young players, developing their skills, and fostering teamwork on and off the ice.
Kelly Sterner
Kelly is a marketing and communications professional with 11+ years of experience providing digital solutions in the nonprofit industry. She has built and led full-spectrum digital fundraising campaigns from strategy and content to implementation across the digital ecosystem.
Previously leading digital marketing at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation, Kelly managed strategy and digital engagement for Annual Giving fundraising campaigns, events, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and philanthropic initiatives across the organization. She has also led and implemented many special projects including launching new channels to meet supporters where they are, digital cases for support, and a full-scale website migration and redesign focused on user experience and donor impact.
Kelly has an analytical mindset to reach conversion and revenue goals and can help identify opportunities to grow and scale your digital fundraising programs.
Kelly calls Denver, Colorado home and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Technical Communication and Sociology from Colorado State University. In her free time, she enjoys trips to the mountains, DIY home renovation projects, classic TV sitcoms, and gardening.
Zach Bines
Zach is a versatile developer from Toronto with a passion for creating beautiful and accessible web experiences for everyone to enjoy. After being web-dev certified through Juno College in 2021, Zach has fostered a unique blend of skills and experiences that make him stand out. He combines his technical expertise with a creative touch and a dedication to staying at the forefront of web technology to consistently deliver high-quality solutions.
Outside the digital realm, Zach's roots are firmly planted in the world of music. He's a skilled guitarist and bassist with a bachelor's in musical performance. (You might even see him playing around your town!) His ability to harmonize the technical and creative sides of his personality sets him apart in both tech and music.
Zach lives in Kingston, Ontario, with his partner and his dog Blue (Blue-dog, Blooper, Blucifer, Blur), and when he’s not at his desk, he enjoys bouldering, movies, and tacos.
Daryl Bunker
Daryl is an expert developer with over 8+ years of experience working with nonprofits. Whether it’s a landing page, donation form or something in-between, Daryl strives to create an experience that keeps the user engaged from the start.

Through his time as a freelancer, he’s developed the skills to quickly understand a new task and complete it quickly, efficiently, and with precision..
Originally from Chamberlain, South Dakota, Daryl is now based in Chicago, Illinois. When he’s not working on a coding project, he likes to explore the diverse and unique restaurants of Chicago, go for a relaxing walk to the park, or hang out at home and play video games.
Emily Ottaggio

Utilizing your data and your unique story, Emily can help you connect the right message, at the right time, to the right person – while keeping your donors consistently connected to your mission.
Staying true to her Philadelphia roots, Emily is based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Media from Arcadia University.
Emily’s lifelong passion for the performing arts has her seeing as much live theater as she can and filling her home with music and frequent dance parties with her husband and two young children. She also enjoys baking and finding new recipes to test out!
Pedro Ramirez
Before joining Doing Good Digital, Pedro Ramirez worked most notably as a Senior Digital Specialist at Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. With over 4+ years of nonprofit experience, Pedro has a proven track record in managing email marketing campaigns, creating and maintaining web content, and analyzing data to enhance fundraising efforts. His expertise in Blackbaud Luminate Online® and WordPress has enabled him to significantly boost donor engagement and online presence.
Pedro holds a BA in Sociology with a Minor in Latin American Studies from UCLA, along with a Certificate in Visual Media Production from City College of San Francisco. Born and raised in San Leandro, CA, he has been living in Los Angeles for the past 4 years.
A lifelong learner, Pedro constantly seeks to expand his knowledge and skills. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his way through Los Angeles, doing ceramics, and cooking. He also loves visiting museums and art shows.
Elissa Hays, MBA
Elissa has worked in the nonprofit sector for 5+ years and is the Digital Production Specialist at Doing Good Digital. Her expertise spans various content management systems, email and web page production, quality assurance and project management within various digital marketing platforms.
Elissa’s goal is to help provide the best quality assets for all our clients with detail-oriented planning, implementation and testing. She is certified in Blackbaud Luminate Online® and has digital marketing, fundraising and campaign experience with multiple nonprofit organizations and hospital systems.
Elissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from The University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare from Western Governors University.
She is an LA native and currently resides here with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, going on food adventures and being active by rock climbing, surfing, hiking, and coaching high school cross country.
Charlotte Wolf
With her background in administrative management, Charlotte handles all of our invoicing, contracts, and bookkeeping. She also assists with our projects, reporting, and various admin tasks.
For the past five years, Charlotte has been busy working alongside the City of Toronto as a production coordinator bringing to life events such as TIFF, Pride TO, Nuit Blanche, and Just for Laughs. Charlotte is also an active volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross as part of the Emergency Response Team. She is a graduate of George Brown College with a diploma in Behavioral Science technology.
When Charlotte’s not working you can usually find her enjoying a live music event with her friends or hanging with her dog Rola.
BINGO
BINGO is our Director of Non-Human Resources overseeing naps and snacks.
He comes to us from the South LA Animal Shelter in Inglewood, California where he was found on the streets as a one year-old stray pup. He was our foster dog and ultimately our foster failure as he adopted us immediately and we could not imagine giving him back. After telling everyone he was a Jack Russell Terrier for the past 2 years, we recently found out via a DNA test that he’s actually a poodle-chihuahua mix!
His interests include curling up in warm laundry, belly rubs, cuddles, running on the beach, and being told he’s a GOOD BOY.
He dislikes the rain, cold, dog clothing, and cats that sneak up on him.
