Client Objective
To enhance NYU Langone Health's digital event registration, we aimed to elevate the registration’s aesthetics, user experience, and overall usability, aligning the event registration process with the prestigious nature of the events they host.
Our Solution
We created a versatile event template for NYU Langone Health to use in all their future events. This template prioritized four key aspects:
Look and Feel
We've revamped the event registration layout, enhancing both the page's aesthetics and the clarity of ticket presentation and selection to improve the usability for users.
Ability to add Guests’ Name and Dietary Restrictions
Originally, LO events didn't have the option to add guest names to registrations. The goal was to make it easy for event purchasers to provide all their guests' information upfront, including names and dietary restrictions. We added this feature to the registration process, and the data collected is now available in reports for future use.
“RSVP & Pay Now” or “RSVP & Pay Later” Options built into one form
Recognizing the high event ticket costs, offering flexibility was key for the attendees. We wanted them to have the option to RSVP & pay immediately or RSVP without payment, ensuring that we captured their interest. To simplify the process, we integrated both payment and RSVP choices into a single form, providing a seamless experience for our users.
Customizable Elements for Tailored Event Branding
To ensure the versatility of this template for all NYU Langone Health events, we focused on making several key elements editable. These editable features include the background image, logo, introductory text, and color schemes. This approach guarantees that the template can be easily customized and adapted to suit the unique requirements and branding of various events hosted by NYU Langone Health.
