Reports Classic
Reports Classic provides you with the capability to run a variety of pre-configured reports, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your online efforts. You can access comprehensive reports on fundraising events, fundraising analysis, create fundraising dashboards, track confirmed RSVPs, and monitor ticket sales for scheduled events, among other functionalities.
Module Reports
Some modules provide additional reports from the reports tab within the module. The Donation Module and Email Module is where you will find the useful reports to help analyze online campaign performance.

Email Reports in the Email Module:
The Email Campaign Reports gather and analyze statistical information about your campaigns and messages, both at the cross-campaign level and from within a specific campaign. You can use them to show such information as the number of emails received and opened by recipients, if recipients clicked links and took action from them, the number of recipients who unsubscribed from mailing lists, among other metrics. Some helpful reports to run include:

Stats will include: number sent, hard bounce count/rate, soft bounce count/rate, delivery count/rate, open count/rate, clickthrough count/rate, action taken count/rate, and unsubscribe count/rate.
- Variant (A/B Testing) Performance Report: will include for each variant of the message, the delivery statistics as well as the number of messages opened, the number of click-throughs, and other actions that were taken in the message.
- Clickthrough Summary Report: lists each link in a message and shows the number of recipients who clicked that link at least once.
- Email Response Summary Report: shows how many constituents took actions within a selected message (such as, made donations, purchased tickets, and so on).

Custom Reports via Report Writer
Your reports can be as unique as your organization/institution. You can create custom reports tailored to your organization’s specific needs. This flexibility allows you to analyze the data that matters most to you and your mission. You’ll be able to save, print, and download results, you can also use results to create a constituent group for another use. You can also share results with other administrators who need the same information, and even schedule the reports to run on a recurring basis.
Determine which report to run: you can select a model containing default columns and values that you can edit or use as is. Or, you can copy an existing report from the Reports list that contains many of the columns and values you need to make your changes and save as a new report.
Create and Run a Report: creating a report involves several major tasks. After defining the criteria, applying filters, and setting the sort order, you can run a report to be sure the information it gathers is what you need and then make adjustments to the criteria or save the configuration to rerun the same report later.
